The Slit Lamp Burton 860 tops the BURTON PLATINUM SERIES OF SLIT LAMPS as the flag ship model; offering specialized optics and increased magnification levels.

Unlike similar slit lamps in the industry the Slit Lamp Burton 860 offers an absolute evaluation of Corneal Dystrophies; including Corneal Guttata and Epithelial Dystrophies. Built in the traditional tower style configuration, the 860 utilizes a Galilean Optical system.

This sophisticated design allows the operator to easily maneuver between high and low magnifications using a six-position revolving magnification drum. The optic system utilized by the Burton 860 has been enhanced as special attention was given to the option of digital and video imaging. The 860 optical system incorporates new technologies in lens manufacturing and a meticulous process of lens coating. Transmission and optical quality have been radically enhanced.
