A new version of the Chronister Pocket Acuity Chart is now available in the International/Pediatric format.

Excellent for quick screenings of acuity, the Pediatric CPAC offers twenty three (23) pages of targets, from 20/220 to 20/10. It also contains a conversion chart to change Snellen targets to any distance.

The numbers are isolated targets to avoid confusion or frustration in the young patient, for more accurate acuity results.

The Pediatric Chronister Pocket Acuity Chart measures 4 x 5 1/2 inches and can easily be slipped into the pocket of a laboratory coat. Its pages are laminated for durability and is spiral bound.
